If you leave the regular maintenance of your property’s windows to us, your PRO TEC windows will last even longer.

Extended warranty

If you enter into a service agreement when you buy new windows from PRO TEC, we extend the warranty to 15 years. The service agreement itself includes us undertaking a complete survey of the property’s windows every other year:

- We adjust, clean and lubricate all fittings and handles
- We check sealing strips
- We replace defective wearing parts

Result: You – and the property’s residents – always have well-functioning windows. At the same time, the property remains an attractive investment object.

No unexpected costs

You pay a fixed price throughout the agreement period and know in advance exactly what it will cost to maintain the property’s windows. In this way, you avoid unpleasant surprises.
